MYDATA magazines

MYDATA magazines are used as feeders on all MYDATA pick and place machines. The TP series machines include TP9, TP9 UFP, TP11 UFP and TP18UFP. MYDATA also offers a Hydra head option for the TP and MY series machines. The MY series machines include MY9, MY12, and MY19. Additional options offered for MYDATA machines include 2 and 3 pole test, line scan, and glue stations. MYDATA pick and place machines offer quick loading and reliable placement to meet your production needs.

MYDATA currently offers two types of magazines, the AgilisT magazines and the TM series magazines. The TM series include TM8C, TM8FC, TM12C, TM1216C, TM16C, TM24D, TM32D, TM44D, TM56D, VMF 30, and FLEX magazines. These MYDATA magazines handle all tape, tube or matrix tray components. All blue button magazines hold their own identity, therefore they are intelligent. This enables them to work with all software revisions regardless whether Linux or UNIX based.

Although the Agilis™ magazines have yet to see the used market they are well worth the wait. The individual Agilis™ feeder system provides loading components in ten seconds or less. Each Agilis™ magazine enables increased productivity with their memory chip and bar code. These two features enable multiple changes which will also increase production and quality control.

Whether you are using the TM or the Agilis™ series magazine HYDRA Speedmount can be utilized. This option can bring the production of your machine any where from 6,500 components per hour (CPH) to 21,000 CPH. The TPSys works with CAD data, network communications, and with all options for MYDATA equipment. The component handling system that has been described also works with any and all options for both the TP and the MY series machines.
