System Overview:
The XStation Combo 7000-series of high-speed, in-line, automated x-ray inspection systems are designed for non-destructive analysis of solder joint integrity and printed circuit board (PCB) component placement. XStation Combo-7000 systems feature high-resolution (1024 X 1024) image sampling and SMEMA-compatible conveyors for in-line processing. Although the XStation Combo-7000 systems are designed to be used 100% high-speed, automated and in-line, any system can also be used in an off-line mode or semi-automated mode.
